Rapid Writing is a timed10-minute freewriting exercise. It’s easy and you can do it anywhere. The goal is to write without stopping until 10 minutes have passed. Try to simply let your thoughts flow as you write. If you can’t think of what to write, start by writing “I can’t think of what to write”. There aren’t any rules except to keep writing for 10 minutes. Writing prompts help to open up your creative mind. You will learn more about yourself – and with practice, you might just develop a daily writing habit! Use writing prompts to write a story, poem, or a list – be creative! You can even create your own prompts to use as a starting point to develop your story. Let your imagination run wild!
